Georgian Post Ltd. enables the customer, for payment of the set fee, to redirect the parcel post, in particular: to change address or to introduce modifications into the name and the surname/the denomination of the addressee.

In order to receive the indicated service, the customer shall fill in the application form, and send it signed along with the scanned copy of the personal identity card to the email: services@gpost.ge or submit it to any service center of the Georgian Post Ltd or use digital services.

In addition, the user can change the address on the shipment remotely, from the website www.gpost.ge through digital services, for which he must fill out an electronic application.
